Administrative Assistant / Training Advisor Position
Location: On-site (Saanichton)
Starting wage: $27/hr
This role is part-time (monday to friday) to start, on a renewable 3 month contract with full time employment possibly after that.
This role supports the efficient operation of the office by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, responding to inquiries, preparing documents, coordinating internal events, and managing shipping and logistics. It also ensures timely fulfillment of training materials, supports staff and trainers with scheduling and travel, and contributes to improving overall administrative systems and efficiency.
