Robert Janes, Principal, JFK Law Corporation, Victoria, BC. Mr. Janes’ work involves advising clients regarding Aboriginal rights and title, the Indian Act and related legislation as well as other related matters. Robert represented the Intervener Te’mexw Treaty Association in this case.

Robert is Chair of the Tsilhqot'in Nation and Recognition of Aboriginal Title at the Supreme Court of Canada: Analysis, October 7th & 8th, in Vancouver.
